Hi, I'm Ru, and I LOVE being a Zumba instructor! Every class is like a huge party, and I love connecting with everyone in the room through the music, smiles in abundance, laughter and rhythm. I'm a former professional dancer and choreographer getting back into shape after having 2 little boys and not very much exercise over the last few years. Zumba is fantastic for it because I have so much fun I don't even realize I'm exercising - and sweating more than I ever have before! After only a short time, I'm feeling my body coming back into shape and my strength returning. I can't wait to see where it takes me over the next months!
